「商品データチェッカー（Product Data Checker）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Tsumiki Appsが提供するShopifyアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いを説明します。

取得する情報

• ストア情報: ストアのドメイン、プラン、主要言語、タイムゾーン
• 商品チェック結果: 検出した不備の種類と、対象商品のタイトル・ハンドル・ID（表示用の最小限の情報）
• アプリ内で設定した内容（ルール設定・通知設定・無視リスト）

取得しない情報

• 顧客（ストアのお客様）の個人情報には一切アクセスしません（氏名・住所・メールアドレス・注文内容等を取得・保存しません）
• 商品データ本体を複製・保存しません（チェック処理後に破棄します）
• 商品データへの書き込みは行いません（読み取り専用の権限のみ）

情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、商品データのチェック結果の表示、設定の保存、および契約プランに応じた通知（メール・Slack）の送信のためにのみ利用します。

データの保管と削除

• データは Supabase（AWS 東京リージョン）のデータベースに保管します。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、ストアに関するすべてのデータを48時間以内に完全に削除します。
• ShopifyのGDPR必須Webhook（データ消去要求）に対応しています。

第三者サービス

本アプリはホスティングにFly.io、データベースにSupabase、メール送信にResend、エラー監視にSentryを利用します。これらへ顧客個人情報が渡ることはありません。

Product Data Checker (the "App") is a Shopify app provided by Tsumiki Apps. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Store information: store domain, plan, primary locale, timezone
• Check results: detected issue types and the minimal product reference (title, handle, ID) needed for display
• Your in-app settings (rules, notifications, ignore list)

Information we do NOT collect

• We never access your customers' personal data (names, addresses, emails, orders, etc.)
• We do not copy or store your product data itself — it is discarded after each check
• We never write to your products (read-only access scope)

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to display check results, save your settings, and send plan-based notifications (email / Slack).

Data storage and deletion

• Data is stored in Supabase (AWS Tokyo region).
• When you uninstall the App, all data related to your store is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
• We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks.

Third-party services

The App uses Fly.io (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Sentry (error monitoring). No customer personal data is shared with these services.
